Terms and Conditions.

General

SAfrica Golf Tours (CC No: 2009/061735/23)undertakes to arrange all services offered subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, which terms and conditions are accepted by the passenger/s once deposit is made. All tours and prices are subject to change and availability.

Deposit

A non refundable 20 % deposit is required upon booking a golf tour/ safari and the balance is payable no later than 60 days prior to the departure of the safari/ tour. In the event of a booking made less than 60 days prior to the start of the tour/ safari, payment in full is to be made upon booking the safari or tour.

Cancellations

Cancellations for any reason will only come into effect on receipt of written notification and in such instances, from time of booking up to 60 days prior to departure the full deposit will be forfeited.

If the cancellation is made 60 days or less to departure date, the following charges will apply:

45 to 60 days prior to arrival, 50% refund of total tour/safari price

30 to 45 days prior to arrival, 25% refund of total tour/safari price

Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund

Travel Arrangements

All travel arrangements such as hotel reservations, car hire reservations, golf bookings etc made by SAfrica Golf Tours are subject to the booking conditions and cancellation provisions of the supplier of the services, transport and accommodation, etc.

Alteration of Golf Courses and Substitution of accommodation

Whilst SAfrica Golf Tours makes every effort to ensure that itineraries are arranged to the letter, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. SAfrica Golf Tours accepts no liability due to the alteration of golf courses or substitution of accommodation. Should it be necessary to alter golf courses or substitute accommodation, they will be substituted with courses and accommodation of equal standing.

Tour Price Alterations

Tour prices quoted are subject to adjustment prior to full payment in the event of changes in Value Added Tax, Golf fees, Hotel changes or Exchange control fluctuations

Visas & Vaccinations

Visa and immunization requirements vary from country to country and up-to date information should be obtained from your local health department and consulate. It is the responsibility of the visitor to ensure that they have a valid passport, correct visas and vaccinations prior to entering any country which they are intending to visit. SAfrica Golf Tours shall not be held responsible for any persons that has failed to comply with any such requirements.

Holiday / Medical Insurance

Visitors are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance against all possible risks including medical care, personal injury, death, baggage loss, theft of personal items etc as SAfrica Golf Tours cannot be held liable for the above mentioned.

Liability

SAfrica Golf Tours shall not be held liable for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any client as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause. They may not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to luggage, hired vehicles, hired sport equipment or other items or personal effects during the tour.

SAfrica Golf Tours accepts no liability in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to person or property arising out of any act, omission or negligence of the company, the supplier, the company’s or supplier's staff, save only in the case of willful negligence or a willful act or omission.

Jurisdiction

Should it be necessary to seek recourse, the courts of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction over the relationship between SAfrica Golf Tours and the client, to the exclusion of any courts of any other country the law of South Africa shall prevail.
